Unique pre-compression chamber design: early compression to form grass pieces
The bale density is dynamically controlled by a density cylinder of three-way compression, to ensure a constant density of the bale. The bale is square, which can save costs in baling, transportation, stacking, and bundling rope usage.
The cutter system has a hydraulic protection function, and the cutting length can be adjusted to ensure efficient operation and compaction of the grass.
Double bridges are equipped for faster operation. Independent front and leaf springs, and the rear wheels turning with the movement increase the profiling ability.
Bale weighing system is equipped to calculate the amount of bundling and meet the necessary parameter detection when the quality requirements of grass are constantly improved in the future.
The double-knot knotter system ensures better knotting and reduces the tension of the bundling rope. It is equipped with a hydraulic cross flow fan of high air flow for continuous stability.
